New Supervision/Evaluation Model
This modified model draws upon theories from Danielson, Marzano, the NHDOE Task Force on Effective Teaching, as well as valued KRSD traditions. Our current model is very narrative-based. This new model includes descriptive rubrics that identify and support effective teaching. With this evidence-based model we hope to create an objective and consistent system where great teaching is fostered and cultivated district-wide. Great teaching has a profound impact on student growth.
