BCEA - Temporary Board Committees

At the request of the Board, the Chairman shall appoint temporary committees comprised of less than the full membership for special purposes. These committees shall be discharged on the completion of their assignment. The Chairman of the board and the Superintendent shall be ex-officio members of any such committee.
