BDDE - Rules of Order

Except as otherwise provided by law, by regulation of the State Department of Education or by the Board meetings of the Board shall be conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised. However, the Rules of Order may be waived on any subject by a 2/3 vote of all Board members present and voting provided that a quorum is present at the time of the vote.
