Policies

The policies of the Board shall be subject to amendment only upon a majority vote of the members of the Board present at a meeting in the call for which the proposed amendment has been described in writing

By-Laws

The By-Laws of the Board shall be subject to amendment only upon a majority vote of all the members of the Board at two meetings held not less than twenty-seven days apart and in the calls for which the proposed amendment has been described in writing.
