EBBB - Accident Reports

In case of accident, the teacher or staff member to whom the student is assigned must fill out an accident form the day of any accident involving the student. Staff members shall notify the principal as soon as possible, and provide a written report to the Principal within twenty-four (24) hours after the accident.

For notification to the insurance carrier, and analysis for loss control, any accident requiring the attention of a physician must be reported to the Superintendent within twenty-four (24) hours.
