GCQC - Resignation of an Instructional Staff member

 
Any resignations tendered after the employee signs a contract may not be accepted by the School Board unless the School Board, in its discretion, decides otherwise.

If an employee under contract breaches his or her contractual obligations to the District, or fails to abide by the terms of this Policy, the Board may initiate such legal actions, as itdeems appropriate, including monetary damages from the employee.
