Conjunctivitis

Conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, is highly contagious! Conjunctivitis is swelling (inflammation) or infection of the membrane lining the eyelids (conjunctiva). It can be painful, and/or itchy with thick discharge. Due to this being highly contagious, 24 hour treatment of an antibiotic drop/ointment is required before your child is allowed back into school.
