Need help with Vision expenses?

Need help getting glasses for your high school student? We might be able to help!

Through the National Association of School Nursing (NASN), VSP Eyes of Hope has provided the KRHS Health Office with certificates for:

A comprehensive eye exam by one of the network doctors

Marchon or Altair brand frame within $150 allowance

Single vision or lined multifocal lenses

Polycarbonate lenses up to 19 years of age

One certificate allowed per student every 12 months

Certificate must be redeemed before the expiration date

Eye exam and eyewear must be obtained from same location

Lost, stolen, or broken glasses received through a certificate will not be covered or replaced
